目前國(guó)內(nèi)大多數(shù)饋電開(kāi)關(guān)采用西門(mén)子 變送器 漏電保護(hù)器控制的方案,盡管該方案能達(dá)到系統(tǒng)要求,但是在控制功能上有很大局限性。采用此方案替代上述方案后可以對(duì)整個(gè)饋電開(kāi)關(guān)的工藝參數(shù)如電流、電壓等參數(shù)進(jìn)行在線(xiàn)檢測(cè)。降低了客戶(hù)的成本,保證了工藝條件的穩(wěn)定、提高了產(chǎn)品的響應(yīng)速度。采用文本顯示屏,利用顯示屏反應(yīng)出來(lái)的報(bào)警信息,工作人員很容易排除故障。提高了生產(chǎn)效率。
6、系統(tǒng)亮點(diǎn)
該系統(tǒng)所采用的三相交流電及漏電監(jiān)測(cè)模塊UN 231-0BH22-0XA0是一大亮點(diǎn),該模塊通過(guò)交流互感器能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)對(duì)交流電信息的采集,配合CPU的運(yùn)算和控制,可以實(shí)現(xiàn)過(guò)壓、欠壓、過(guò)載、短路、漏電、三相不平衡保護(hù)等功能;能夠?qū)﹄娋W(wǎng)絕緣電阻進(jìn)行監(jiān)測(cè);具有零序電壓和零序電流采集功能。該產(chǎn)品是UN200PLC的一個(gè)擴(kuò)展模塊系統(tǒng)中主要的控制核心為我公司已經(jīng)取得煤安防爆資格的煤礦用帶式輸送機(jī)保護(hù)控制箱,12條皮帶每臺(tái)皮帶用1臺(tái)控制箱控制,共12臺(tái)控制箱,每個(gè)控制箱均能實(shí)現(xiàn)急停保護(hù)、超溫保護(hù)、欠速打滑保護(hù)、煙霧保護(hù)、跑偏保護(hù)、堆煤保護(hù)、張緊力保護(hù)功能,可實(shí)現(xiàn)就地操作以及遠(yuǎn)程控制。同時(shí)整條皮帶運(yùn)輸線(xiàn)可實(shí)現(xiàn)逆煤流啟動(dòng),順煤流停止功能,當(dāng)去煤方向的皮帶出現(xiàn)保護(hù)停機(jī)時(shí)可實(shí)現(xiàn)來(lái)煤方向的所有皮帶閉鎖停機(jī),有效防止了堆煤現(xiàn)象發(fā)生,提高了生產(chǎn)效率。本項(xiàng)目中為了實(shí)現(xiàn)12個(gè)控制箱的S7-1200CPU的閉鎖通信及數(shù)據(jù)交換,還選用了1臺(tái)S7-300系列的CPU 315-2PN/DP作為數(shù)據(jù)服務(wù)器,通過(guò)井下環(huán)形以太網(wǎng)與12臺(tái)S7-1200組成控制網(wǎng)絡(luò);S7-300的PUT/GET指令為S7通信,組態(tài)為主動(dòng)連接,通信指令將每臺(tái)S7-1200 CPU的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行處理分配
